Wir p?egen diese Instrumente, je nachdem sie fur niedrige Temperaturgrade (bis Verwendung finden oder f?r h?here (?ber als Thermo bzw. Pyrometer zu be zeichnen. Die Bedeutung der Pyrometer reicht jedoch weit uber den gekennzeichneten Zweck bei der Verbrennung im engem Sinne hinaus. Jeder chemische Process erfordert einen bestimmten Temperaturgrad zu seinem normalen Verlauf, und ist daher in der Technik und in jeder chemischen Industrie das Thermo bzw. Pyrometer eines der unentbehrlichsten In strumente. Und auch in vielen anderen F?llen sind derartige Temperaturmesser von grossem Werth.
